If your company has any type of technical communication position to offer, submit an announcement to our Job Bank so qualified France Chapter professionals know about it.

How to Submit Job Announcements

Send job announcements by using our contact form. (use the Job Bank option in the Nature of your inquiry field to ensure accurate forwarding.)

What to Include with Submission

Please provide as much information about the job and your company as possible, including:

  • Job title
  • Company name
  • Contract type (CDI, CDD, external contractor, …)
  • Job description, main responsibilities, deliverables, …
  • City/region where job is based
  • Pay range
  • Education/experience required
  • Your contact details and job reference
  • If you are acting as a recruitment agency, please mention this
  • Any other relevant information

We would also like to know the following to help keep our web information relevant for our member audience:

  • If your announcement has a “view” or job submission deadline, please indicate the date. This will be used to auto-remove your announcement from the Job Bank when it’s no longer valuable.
  • If your announcement does not have such a deadline (open until position filled), please let us know immediately when the position has been filled if the post duration period (6 weeks) has not expired.

Turnaround and Duration of Posting

Your announcements will be published ASAP, but within 24 hours. Use the contact form as before if there’s ever a problem on this. (We are a volunteer team.)

If you have not indicated a kill date for the announcement, it will remain posted for a maximum of six (6) weeks.
