Microsoft Dynamics - AX is the exciting Microsoft business application that is growing fast across the globe, currently in 36 counties. It is a multi-language, multi-currency enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution providing functionality in all areas of managing a business; including financials, manufacturing, supply chain, and CRM (to name just a few).
The Business Solutions Learning team within Microsoft Learning has a mission to develop globally consistent training, processes and strategy, to enable partners and customers with the knowledge necessary to successfully implement and use MBS solutions. We are looking for candidates who have working experience with complex project management with training content or ERP software, are excited about training and education, and want to help shape the future of training content.
The Content Project Manager is responsible for designing and developing instructor-led courseware, eLearning products, and certification exams for Microsoft Dynamics - AX through managing vendors. S/he must bring an understanding of business applications software.
We are looking for:
- Skilled experience with complex project and vendor management
- Ability to coordinate well with project team members and across work groups
- Training or education curriculum development or delivery experience
- Experience in designing and delivering software training
- Knowledge of business application functionality and benefits
- Outstanding English skills - writing, professional speaking, and facilitation
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, education, computer science or other related field
